For today’s number talk we learnt about mental maths! In mental maths you would have answer some addition in a 3 x 3 grid. You would have to solve the answer but it would have to be the right answer from up, down and left, right and it would have to be logical and be able to work
For maths in team tui we found out the edges,corners,faces,triangles and the total angles. We chose 3 shapes, the shapes i chose were a quadrilateral, hexagon and pentagon. I found out that all 2D shapes have 1 face not 2 and not 3 just 1 face.
For Maths we did general rules and creating graphs. We used google sheets and made graphs to find the rule. The experience was fun but hard!
